Terms and Conditions:
- These are the terms and conditions of Winway Dental Suppliers NZ Ltd.
- Any instructions received by Winway Dental from Clients for the supply of goods and services are acceptance of the terms and conditions contained within.
- We reserve the right to add to or change or delete any items at any time. If there are any changes to our terms and conditions, this will be displayed on our website: Winway.co.nz (Please check the website periodically for any changes.)
- Winway Dental reserves the right to withdraw credit to customers at any time and we reserve the right to ask for payment in advance from customers.
- Customers will be sent a statement at the end of each month and this is required to be paid in full by the 20th of the following month.
- Any overdue accounts of more than 30 days may incur a 5% interest charge each month until the account is settled in full.
- If accounts are not paid in full within 90 days, we reserve the right to take action to recover the outstanding invoice(s). Any costs incurred in the recovery of unpaid accounts will be at the client’s expense. This includes debt collection costs, legal costs and court costs.
- Any product that has been supplied by Winway Dental, remains the property of Winway Dental until the product is paid in full.
- All prices quoted on the price list are excluding GST.
- All items sent to Winway Dental must be disinfected to protect against any further infection.
- Winway Dental cannot be held responsible for any items lost, damaged or delayed in transit. (Customers are advised to keep NZ Courier tracking numbers for all cases for proof of delivery)
- Winway Dental reserve the right not to accept an order from a customer.
- Turnaround time for a case will range from 10 days from when Winway Dental receives the case. A case may take longer if there are technical queries or any unforeseen circumstances.
- All Precious metals will be charged at the market value on the day. (Please be aware Precious metal price change daily!)
- Winway Dental reserve the right to increase the price of their products. (Winway Dental will inform clients of any changes in the price list prior to charging the customers)
- All Denture work comes with a one-year warranty from the day the invoice is dated.
- Crown and Bridge Warranty: As below from the day the invoice was printed.

- Warranty Claims:
All Items/Product must be returned to Winway if there is a warranty claim,
failure to do so could affect your claim.
We cannot accept warranty claims without the product being returned.
If the product is not returned for Winway Dental to inspect, we reserve the
right to charge the client for the re-make cost or refuse a refund.
- Winway Dental will inspect the item and in its sole judgment will determine if a full refund, or partial refund, or replacement product will be given.
- All damaged products must be returned to Winway Dental for inspection, we will repair, exchange, or partial refund, or fully refund the product. (We do not accept any invoice for work carried out by other labs without the written permission of Winway Dental prior to repairs being undertaken.)
- Winway does not accept any labour cost incurred in the replacement of a product by a client and Winway Dental will only repair, replace or refund the price of the product supplied to the customer. The refunded value will be based on the original invoice at the time the product was supplied.
- Winway Dental reserves the right to refuse a warranty claim if the damage is not down to a manufacturing fault.
